Substitute of fish, meat in vegetarian food: -

Substitute of fish: -

A combination of iron, omega 3 fatty acid, Vitamin A and protein are: -
soya bean/ milk and dry fruits especially walnut
carrot/ mangoes/ tomatoes/ green leafy vegetables.

Substitute of meat: -

NUTS AND SEEDS are an excellent meat replacement, high in protein,  essential fatty acids, and vitamin E.  A serving of 1 1/2 ounces of nuts daily lowers the risk of heart attack and lowers total and LDL  (low density lipoprotein) cholesterol. Make sure that Nuts & seeds you  purchase are raw, not roasted in oil and salted. Keep them refrigerated to  prevent rancidity

Instead of chicken

Soya protein, Wheat gluten and legumes. reduces intake of saturated fat and eliminates the cholesterol altogether.



Sea animal:

Hey Children! we all love to watch the sea animals. I often see that when children go out and see any aquarium, they stand near and observe the fish swimming in the aquarium. Yes, today we are going to do the sea animal exercise.

See for yourself:

  • Sleep on a mat .
  • Then try swimming like a fish.
  • Once you start the exercise like fish then try doing it like other sea animal.
  • You can do it like a sea horse, whale, shark, dolphin (i.e. in a wave form), octopus and puffer fish (to fill your mouth with air and try swimming).
  • You will have lots and lots of fun doing that.
  • Give 2 min to all types of sea animals.


  • When you try doing like a puffer fish, this give exercise to your mouth and jaws.
  • This is a type of a hand exercise.
  • When you move your leg like a tail of a fish, this is a type of leg exercise.

Explore the fact:

  • We know that all fish die when taken out of water but lungfish can spend longer period without water.
  • We get cord liver oil from fish, which is useful for heart.
  • Puffer fish is eaten by Japanese as a FUGU dish. But liver of the puffer fish is poisonous. The chefs attend the cookery school to learn to make the dish. But some people die because of the poison
  • Some fish like flatfish, flouda and plaice can change its colour.
  • Walrus has two tusks to cut the water and move out of the water and to fight.
  • Biggest water animal is blue whale.
  • Whales can make two types of sounds; screaming or whistling and talking with the other whale.
  • Whale comes out of  water from time to time for taking oxygen.
