Obesity:-

Obese children should eat legumes sprouts in their diet. This will give the feeling of fullness and get high fiber and cause low rise in blood sugar.

Three things are to be considered in obesity i.e. Healthy eating habits, exercise and avoid the source that could increase the weight.

Take whole wheat rather than polished rice as it contains high fibre and low calorie. Mint helps in reduction of weight.

Spices like black pepper, ginger and cinnamon help in weight loss.

YOGA-EXERCISE

You know kids when you are having headache do Anulom Vilom and you will feel fresh in just few minutes. If someone is having acidity suggest them to do Sheetali pranayama.
 
     
 
Steps:-
  • Sit in padmasan.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Relax your body.
  • Hold your teeth tightly.
  • Separate the lips exposing the teeth.
  • Breathe in slowly through the teeth.
  • Breathe out slowly through the nose.
  • This is one round.
  • Practice 9 round.
Benifits:-
  • Keeps teeth and gums healthy.
Know Yourself:

You are at adolescence age. If you understand the problem of the teens this will help you a lot. Tick if you feel any of the following

  • Pressure of studies and competition.
  • Feel angry, bore, jealous, hurt, excited and sentimental.
  • Have bad temptations.
  • Insecurity of your looks.
  • Feel like breaking rules, no one understands you, being an adult, being cool and popular.
  • Give importance to outer look.
  • Interested in fantacies.
  • Give importance to friends than family.

If you are feeling all the above things follow these mantras:

  • Feeling bore, hurt, jealous, bad temptations are not in my dictionary.
  • Positive feeling towards yourself.
  • Know your strength and develop your skills in that area.
  • Develop patience Control excitement Demolish temptations.
  • Share feeling with your parents.
  • Feel safe and secure.
  • Take good food and do Yoga.
