Soup
Many children comment,”Soup is a food for sick people” and ignore its importance. But this is wrong. Usually soup is associated with sick people but it is not so. Develop interest in taking soup.
 
Benifits: -  
  • Full of nutrients and very less fat.
  • Good for health, Energy giving bowl.
  • Feel relaxed after having it.
There are many types of soup but I am going to tell you the recipe of Spinach soup: -
Ingredients: RECIPE: -
One cup chopped spinach, Half chopped onion, 2-3 chopped cloves, garlic, 2 cups of water, half teaspoon butter. Salt and pepper according to the taste.

Cook spinach and onion for about 6 minutes on low fire. No need to add water. When cooked, cool it and blend it,to make a paste. Put butter in a pan, add chopped garlicand cook it till it gets brown, add some water and spinach paste.Cook it well. Add salt and pepper according to the taste.

   
 
YOGA AND EXERCISE:-
Today we are going to do Monkey exercise.
 
Method: -
  • Stand with your legs wide apart.
  • Bend forward at the waist, bending your knees a little bit.
  • Let your arms hang down in front of you and swing your upper body back and forth like a monkey.
  • You can also just hang forward over your leg without swinging.
  • Do the same for 3 times.
Benifits: -
  • Stretches the back, thigh muscles.
  • Relaxes hand muscles.
  • Increases the flexibility.
