Importance of Grams (chana): -

Do you know, that the nutrients (proteins) we get from Egg is same as we get from the grams. Roasted grams help to reduce cough and improve digestion.A horse runs fast and its main food is grams. In the same way when we take grams we get sufficient energy to work. You can eat grams in different varieties like roasted, fried, boiled etc.

White sugar: -  

If you are taking more of white sugar then stop taking it. Sugarcane undergoes chemical process and sugar is made. The necessary nutrition is removed on processing, making our teeth and bones weak. Sugar when taken in large quantity leads to crummies or worms in stomach. It reduces Vitamin B1, which is essential for functioning of brain.

Today we are going to do Rowing exercise: -
Method: -
  • Sit on floor
  • Straighten your legs.
  • As you breath in, stretch your arms over your head.
  • As you breath in, stretch your arms over your head.
  • As you breath out, try to touch your toes by bending forward.
  • You can feel stretch in your legs and back in this rowing pose.
  • Breath in and out.
  • Hold the pose as long as you can.
  • Come up slowly to relaxing position.

Salubrious, Scrumptious, Sweet Sugarcane:
Sugarcane is called a cash crop of India. We get sugar and jaggery from sugarcane. Sugarcane is processed and then fine crystal of sugar are made. Jaggery is also obtained from sugar. Now a days, the environmentalists are advising to use the bagasse of sugarcane the waste of sugarcane is used to make eco-frinedly paper. The sugarcane juice is sweet, tasty and full of calorie. It is good for jaundice patient.

Good thought: - Good thoughts: - What is necessary to enjoy food and deep sleep? Hard work and calm mind respectively. What is necessary for healthy body? Exercise and balanced diet.
