PHYSIQUE

YOGA AND EXERCISE :-
We are going to do the stretching exercise of the shoulders and the hands.

Shoulders:

  • Stand erect.
  • Keep the hands tight.
  • Move the shoulders up and down.
  • Continue the exercise.
  • Up & Down slowly
  • Then the other type of stretching is to move the hands in the clockwise direction for 10 times making full circle and then in the anticlockwise direction for 10 times.
  • Keep the hands straight. Bring both the hands in the center in such a way that you are doing Namaste then slowly open it and close it.
  • Keep both the hands straight on the side and then make a small circle.
  • Move the hands upward and downward.
 
Hands:
  • Stand erect.
  • Close the fingers i.e. to form a punch.
  • Then open it.
  • Open and Close.
  • Again form a punch and then move the wrist in the clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
  • Keep the hand straight and the fold it touching the shoulders. Open & close

Instruction :

Give instruction properly. When instructions are not given properly, it makes you angry, waste time. So, give clear instructions. Confirm that the instruction given is properly received by the concerned person. Clear the doubt of the person to whom the instructions are given. Always use soft board or write the instruction in the diary. This will help you get rid of the confusion. Write your plan in the paper this will help you.
