FOOD : -
Grains and cereals: Half of your serving should be whole grains. Whole grains and cereals are rich in fibre and essential Vitamins and Minerals. Fibre helps in food digestion which in turns reduces cholesterol.

Good choice of grains and cereals: -

  • 1 slice of whole wheat bread.
  • 1 cup of whole grain cereal.
  • ½ cup brown rice

Unhealthy Choice of grains and cereals:-

  • White bread.
  • Cake and cookies


  If your body is healthy, your mind is healthy, if you mind is healthy, your thoughts are healthy, so, be disciplined in your eating habits, while doing exercise and in your life style.  

Today we are going to do Upside-Down Monkey: -  
  • Stand with your legs wide apart.
  • Take a deep breath in and stretch your hands towards the ceiling.
  • Breath out bending forward at your waist.
  • Relax your head, neck, shoulder and breath in and out.
  • When you are ready to come up, stand up slowly and release your hand.
  • Stretches your back muscles
  • Strengthens your legs.
  • It is good for constipation.
Relaxing Relationship:

When one door of happiness closes, the other opens. But we never pay attention at the opened door rather we criticize the one which is closed. The same is with the relationship. I tried to find all relations in my teacher. In my try, I thought of oped door and got success. -Helen Keller (blind author) Feel relax , have faith, equity and balance in relationship. Love each other but do not complain. Relaxing relationship will increase your strength, confidence, decrease your pain and tension. Good bounding among each other brings you joy and smile.
