Fees   

Depending on the type of institute/quota/degree, fees can range from INR Ten thousand to INR Five lakhs per year, excluding lodging and boarding.

  • Kitchen Chef: Chef Responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests. The responsibilities of chef include setting up kitchen, preparing dishes on time, monitor food stock and place order etc.

  • Catering Supervisor: Catering Supervisors are responsible for the everyday operations of a catering service or company and have duties like recruiting and training staff, creating menus, planning schedules and shifts, budgeting, enforcing health and safety regulations, maintaining inventories, and ordering supplies.

  • Hotel Manager:Hotel Managers are responsible for managing employees and for planning, marketing , coordinating and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities. Hotel managers are responsible for making sure that all areas of a hotel environment run smoothly and work together successfully.

  • Steward: Individuals working in this job profile are responsible for ensuring that cutlery is laid out at the hotel’s restaurants as per requirement. They also need to ensure that the banquet rooms have adequate and proper furnishings. Stewards also need to ensure that the food for room service is prepared quickly and orders are served quickly and accurately.

  • Front Office Manager: In this job profile one is required to supervise the work of reservation clerks, receptionists, information clerks, doorman and the bell boy. Front office managers are also responsible for ensuring that rooms offered to guests meet their requirements. A front office manager also needs to coordinate between the housekeeping department as well as the food and beverage department from time to time to ensure that requests made by guests are fulfilled on time.
