Food itself is a wonderful medicine  

Carrot: -
It contains Beta-carotene and Vitamin A. It is good for eyes and skin. Beta-Carotene and Vitamin A reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer and boost up immune system.

Fish: -
It contains Omega 3 fatty acid which helps to improve mental and visual function. Prevents the risk of Cardio -vascular diseases and cancer.

Broccoli: -
It contains, Isothiocynates which helps to prevent cancer., Soyabean: - It contains Isoflavones, Phytosterol and Protease. It reduces the risk of heart diseases.

Tomatoes: -
It contains Lycopene which reduces the risk of heart diseases.

 
 
YOGA AND EXERCISE :-
Today we are going to do Duck exercise: -
 
Method:
  • Stand straight.
  • Sit on your foot. Keep the hands on the thigh like the wings of duck.Walk like a duck.
  • Do the exercise for 10 times
Benifits: -
  • Gives stretch to your hips, thighs etc
  • Helps reducing hips and thighs fat.
  • Strengthens your legs.
Medicine Mania:

Many people have the habits of taking medicine very often. If they have headache or cold or any other minor problem medicine. It is not good. One should have little immunity or tolerance power to bear little bit of physical pain. Allopathic medicines are stronger and sometimes they create many side effects. So, better avoid these medicines for common ailments. If you have cold or cough why don’t you try herbs- like Tulsi, ginger, turmeric. They are harmless as well as effective. There are so many household remedies for minor ailments. Take advise of your mother.

 

Good thought: - If you do daily exercise, you will less often visit a doctor. Nutritious food suits stomach and pocket.
