Potatoes:-

Potatoes should be boiled with its skin on and little water should be used to boil not to lose Vitamin C. Black spots and small eyes in potatoes contain solanine, a toxic product that causes diarrhea, cramps, fatigue in children. So take care when you purchase potatoes.

Soya bean is one of the richest source of proteins and other important nutrients for proper growth and development of children. So it is advisable to include soyabean in your meal at least twice a week.

YOGA-EXERCISE    
Kapalbhati Pranayam :- Kapal means “Forehead” and Bhati means “Perfection”.  
 
You should go to doctor for body check up, teeth, eye check to know that essential nutrients are proper in your body. At least once in a year. Don’t take health for granted.
 
     
 
Steps:-
  • Sit in sukhasan.
  • Close your eyes and relax your body.
  • Breathe in deeply, expanding the abdomen and breathe out with forceful contraction of the abdominal muscles.
  • Do not strain.
  • Do this exercise 20 times.

  • Removes sleepiness and prepares the mind for meditation.
  • Gives cleansing effect to the lungs.
  • This exercise is good for asthmatic people and those who are suffering form the Bronchitis and Tuberculosis.
  • Balances and tones the nervous system and tones the digestive System.
 
 
Sweet Sawai:

Jai Singh became the king at the age of 13. He was obliged to go to Delhi to pay respect to Mughal king Aurangzeb. When Jai Singh went in his court, the king rushed towards him and seized the young king from his shoulder and started shaking him roughly. Aurangzeb said,”your grandfather and father were traitors. What do you expect from me?” Young king was stunned. But he calmly answered,” your majesty, just a bridegroom holds the hand of the bride during the ceremony and promises to protect her all life. The Emperor of Hindustan had hold my hands. Aurangzeb was impressed with his presence of mind and gave him the title “Sawai.” From then, Young Jai Singh was known as Sawai (one and half) Jai SIngh.
