vegetables are?We get vegetables in different seasons We should eat all types of vegetables both in cooked and raw form.All the vegetables? Yes, you can make it more tasty by adding onions, groundnuts and crunchy food.If you don’t eat vegetables, see for yourself what will  happen to you: -

  • Weakens your eyesight and  you get spectacles at the age of 9-10
  • You might get white spots on  your face
  • You would look pale.
  • You might feel weakness
  • Leads to constipation
  • You feel less energized

 
YOGA AND EXERCISE :-

SIMHASANA :-

SIMHA means lion. This is to make our body like lion i.e. Rough and tough

Method: -

  • Take a sitting position by bending  your legs at knees in a way that you sit on your heel.
  • Sit erect and look straight
  • Keep left palm on left knee  and right palm on right knee.
  • Take out your tongue at the  same time.
  • Widen your eyes in such a way that the face appears scary.
  • Now start taking breath from nose and breath out forcefully from mouth like a lion.
  • Continue for 5 rounds.

  • Builds up your body power.
  • Reduces the problem related to throat and voice.
  • Removes the diseases related to stomach
  • Removes the problem of being dumb.
  • Increases your memory power.
  • Has good effect on respiratory system.
  • Cures all the diseases of chest and abdomen

Kitchen gardening:

Do you like gardening? If yes, try kitchen gardening. Kitchen garden is a garden of your own in which you can grow vegetables and flower plants. If you have space at the backyard of your house, you can grow coriander, mint, carrot, radish, chilli, gourd, and many more vegetables. You can use the waste water of your kitchen which will beorganic manure  for the soil. You don’t need to add chemical fertilizers. If you don’t have space no problem you cangrow small vegetables like chilli, coriander, carrot, spinach etc in a pots
