Dry fruits
Dry fruits are source of energy. They clean blood and help in digestion.We get minerals like Iron, Zinc, Silicon, Potassium, magnesium and Copper from dry fruits.Almonds, Cashew nuts, dry figs, walnuts, dates, raisins etc are dry fruits.Number of dry fruits that come into your fist should be taken daily. It makes a beautiful combination if you take dry fruits with honey.
Benifits: -
  • Almonds are good for Brain. It helps in strengthening the muscles.
  • Dates give us strength and increase the body weight. We get Vitamin A, B ,C, Zinc, Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus etc. They contain natural sugar in the form of glucose and fructose.
  • Raisins help in gaining weight, rich source of iron and reduce constipation.
  • Cashew nuts are rich in mono-saturated fats, magnesium and copper. It is a good source of Vitamin B etc
  • Regular and limited intake of dry fruits help in physical and mental development of human body.
Today, we are going to do Tree exercise.
Method: -
  • Stand up straight.
  • Lift the right leg and bend it at the knee.
  • Place the right feet on your thigh.
  • Take in a deep breath slowly by raising your hands over the head, in the clap position and hold the position for a while.
  • Breath out slowly lowering your hands and placing the right leg on the ground.
  • Then do the tree pose on the other leg.
  • Do the same for 4 times.

  • It helps to balance the body.
  • Tones the leg muscles

Higher shelf life Take less space Easy to prepare, store and use. High fiber, carbohydrates and low in fats.
