Friends, today we are going to play a new game. Have you ever played a Balance game? It’s really exciting. Are you ready to play?

Steps: -
  • Take a book.
  • Keep it on your head
  • Move 10 steps forward.
  • If you balance it in 10 steps then go for 20 steps.
  • Continue till 50 steps
  • Once you have passed 50 steps then you have good balance of mind and body Same way you balance a ball with a bat, a shuttle with a badminton and lemon on a spoon and the best example is balancing a cycle while you are riding it very slowly.
  • Have you ever tried to balance a big ball? You may have seen the joker balancing a ball in a circus.
  • Try it.
  • It’s really exciting.You will enjoy it.
  • Once you start doing it you will develop concentration. Same way we need to balance our life too.
Example: -
  • If you play too much it’s incorrect. If you concentrate only on your study, your physique will get affected. You cannot only play and neglect studies. You have to keep sometime for playing and sometime for study. So the only way is to balance study and playing. “Only study and no play makes jack a dull boy.”
  • More salt or less salt makes the food less tasty, in the same way we should try to balance our
    health, study, play and other things in life.

Good thought: - “When wealth is lost nothing is lost,When health is lost something is lost, But if character is lost everything is lost.”
