PHYSIQUE
Fried food :-  
   

Everyone is aware of different names of fried delicious snacks. For example, cutlets, tikkis, pakodas, sasmosas, puris, french fries etc. But very few are aware of different names of diseases associated by their intake. Fried food should be used very rarely because of the following reasons: - Fried food has high fat content which has lot of energy but helps in causing obesity. When the moisture of the food content mixes with hot oil it brings a chemical change which is very harmful for our body. The oil which has already used for frying any food when reused, it becomes rancid which causes formation of harmful chemicals in our body. The nutrients present in the food is lost when it is fried. It becomes very difficult for the stomach to digest the food and thus following a delayed stomach emptying.

 

Beware of fried and oily food

 
     
 
YOGA AND EXERCISE :-
Today we are going to continue the stretching exercise of back.

Back bone:

  • Stand erect near the wall keeping little distance.
  • Keep the hands on the wall. Bend the body near the wall and then go back. Do it 5 times
  • Keep both the hands straight and turn the upper body (body part above the waist) left and right. Do it 5 times
  • Keep the hands straight facing upward and turn the body on the left and right. Do it 5 times
  • Join the hands together and move the hands upward, bending backward and then forward. Do it 5 times.
Stomach: :
  • Stand erect.
  • Join the hands together and the take the hands upwards and by taking the stomach in.
  • Bring the hands down and respectively bringing the stomach out. Do it 5 times
  • Then sleep straight on a mat and try taking your legs upward. Do it 5 times
  • Again form a punch and then move the wrist in the clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
  • Keep the hand straight and the fold it touching the shoulders. Open & close
 

Sugar Process :

  • Sugarcane cut into pieces.
  • Pressed under the roller
  • Juice is purified.
  • Add lime juice.
  • Juice heated at certain temperature.
  • Passed in purified machine.
  • Purified juice and thick muddy juice separated.
  • Purified juice put on evaporated fitted with filter.
  • Juice further heated in vacuum, boiling pan.
  • Turn crystal.
  • Raw sugar formed.
  • Make it white. Sugar dissolved in water, solution filtered and heated.
